We offer standard shipping (7–15 business days) within the U.S. Shipping times may vary based on carrier and location.

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout. Some promotions may include free shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@sniffipet.com and we’ll assist you in filing a claim.

We want you to love your Sniffi product! If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different color or product, please return your item and place a new order.

Used products or items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.

Email us at support@sniffipet.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
